Dr. Khurram Kayani – President PPBSA hosted a dinner

at his residence in Newington to thank Almighty Allah for blessing us all with another opportunity to live and share together after severe Covid 19 pandemic. It was exemplary that how our community supported and collaborated during these challenging times and almost everyone of us played a very pivotal role to assist those in need. (The event respected NSW Government restrictions of max 20 persons allowed at as a family and friends gathering).

PPBSA also acknowledged and awarded with Certificate of Excellence the great support and contributions of Mohammad Ashraf, Honourable Consul General of Pakistan during COVID 19 first wave for keeping all the community united and on one platform and furthermore, forming committees to provide support and assistance to those in need, including students. His office despite tough circumstances kept doors of the consulate opened to provide consul-services to fellow Pakistanis, etc. without distinction and Raja Taseer, CEO Humwatan Media Group for covering and promoting Pakistani businesses during same time helping them regain business. His outstanding efforts by taking challenge and danger to visit innumerable Pakistani businesses and Restaurants to encourage and give them a hope was highly appreciated by the whole community and deserved to be awarded.
