پاکستان ہائی کمیشن میں یوم پاکستان پر پرچم کشائی 

پاکستان کے قومی دن کی مناسبت سے ہائی کمیشن کینبرا میں پرچم کشائی کی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ ہائی کمشنر H.E. جناب زاہد حفیظ چوہدری نے پاکستان کے قومی ترانے کے ساتھ پرچم بلند کیا۔ پرچم کشائی کا آغاز تلاوت کلام پاک سے ہوا۔ صدر مملکت اور

وزیراعظم کے پیغامات بھی پڑھ کر سنائے گئے۔

اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے ہائی کمشنر نے 23 مارچ کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی۔ انہوں نے پاکستان کے بانیوں اور برصغیر کے مسلمانوں کے لیے علیحدہ وطن کے لیے ان کے وژن کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔ انہوں نے بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کی سہولت کے لیے حکومت کے مختلف اقدامات پر روشنی ڈالی جن میں روشن ڈیجیٹل اکاؤنٹ، قومی صحت کارڈ، آن لائن قونصلر سروسز اور پاکستان سے آسٹریلیا کے لیے پی آئی اے کے فلائٹ آپریشن کا آغاز شامل ہیں۔ انہوں نے پاکستانی کمیونٹی کا خاص طور پر کوویڈ 19 وبائی امراض کے دوران ان کی محنت اور انتھک تعاون پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔

تقریب میں پاکستانی بچوں کے ساتھ ساتھ پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے ارکان نے قومی گیت/ ملی نغماس گائے۔

پرچم کشائی کی تقریب میں آسٹریلیا میں پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے سو سے زائد افراد نے شرکت کی۔ تقریب کے اختتام پر مہمانوں کو روایتی پاکستانی ناشتہ پیش کیا گیا۔

Flag Hoisting on Pakistan Day at Pakistan High Commission

To celebrate the Pakistan National Day a flag hoisting ceremony was held at the High Commission for Pakistan, Canberra. The High Commissioner H.E. Mr. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri raised the flag with the national anthem of Pakistan. The flag hoisting was proceeded with the recitation from the Holy Quran. Messages of the President and the Prime Minister were also read out.

Speaking on the occasion, the High Commissioner highlighted the significance of 23rd March. He paid tribute to the founding fathers of Pakistan and their vision for a separate homeland for Muslims of the subcontinent. He highlighted the various initiatives of the government to facilitate the overseas Pakistanis including Roshan Digital Account, Qaumi Sehat Card, online consular services and start of PIA flight operations from Pakistan to Australia. He also thanked the Pakistani community for their hard work and tireless contributions especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pakistani children as well as members of the Pakistani community sang national songs/ mili naghmas at the event.

The Flag hoisting ceremony was attended by more than a hundred Pakistani community members in Australia. At the end of the event, a traditional Pakistani breakfast was served to the guests.
